Noel Fielding
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Noel Fielding (born 21 May 1973 in Westminster, London) is a British artist, comedian and actor. He is known for his role as Vince Noir in The Mighty Boosh, which he co-writes with comedy partner Julian Barratt and role as team captain on music panel show Never Mind The Buzzcocks.
